There was two main Caldwell families in Caddo/Texas, Madison & Sylvia "Virginia" Caldwell and their offspring and R Caldwell & wife Hannah and family. Madison Caldwell states in his records born in Georgia and R Caldwell's records state Tennessee, so I don't know if they are related. Both families are listed here. Madison Caldwell's death certificate has his mother as Lizzie. The death cert for Sylvia lists the father as Neal and the mother as Mary Brown. I also have a tree here for Willie and Nancy Caldwell that were from South Carolina.
